If you are hurt in an accident, the first step is to seek medical assistance. Do not admit fault. Do not provide any statements to insurenace companies until you speak to a lawyer. You are not obligated to provide a statement to the other party's insurance carrier. Any statement given to the other insurance carrier can be used against you.

 

2. Who will pay my medical bills?

If you have health insurance, your health insurance will cover the medical expenses. The health insurance carrier will file a lien against the proceeds of the case. Once recovery is reached, we will negotiate with the lien holders a reasonable amount of reimbursement. in case you don't have medical insurance, some medical providers will provide care based on your injury case. They will treat you and file a medical lien. Once the case is resolved, we negotiate the lien of the medical providers.
